- Serves as the Deputy Director of Family and MWR with full understanding and supervisory oversight of all FMWR Divisions: Army Community Service, Business and Recreation, Child and Youth Services, and NAF Support.
- Leads the Strategic Planning process for Family, Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) , nesting FMWR priorities with Senior Leader priorities.
- Provides oversight of NAF Major Construction Projects and Renovations.
- Attends meetings, gives briefings, performs site visits, and generally represents FMWR to the Fort Campbell community
- Keeps the Director fully informed of overall accomplishments, deficiencies, and status of on-going programs and special projects assigned. Responsible for assuming the duties of the director in his/her absence.
