You'll be out and about on the road travelling to your own dedicated sites as our client's first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, basic plumbing, and fabric work.

You'll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.

To be successful you will have:

Essential:

• 18th edition
• HVAC Experience
• Full Valid UK driver's license
• "On the job" experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Awareness and knowledge of health & safety

• F-Gas qualification
• IOSH working safely qualification
• Plumbing experience
• Basic fabric skills
• 2391 testing inspection

You'll be responsible for ensuring clients sites within your area are fully maintained and operating at full potential.

As an Arcus Fabric Specialist, you'll enjoy working in a varied environment. You'll be out and about on the road traveling to client locations throughout your area, delivering a high level of repair works and rectifying any defects to ensure our clients receive a high-quality service.

You will assist in the delivery of excellent customer service resulting in professional results, asset uptime, first time fix and quality workmanship.

We need you to come with experience of working in a building fabric / maintenance role previously, and with the skills and expertise to confidently and independently, carry out as many of the below tasks as possible:

• Patch Plastering/Rendering


• Protection where required


• Carpentry works


• Various floor coverings


• Wall Tiling


• General Repair work


• Changing lights and locks

Whilst we don't need you to know it all, we do need you to have varied experience across a mix of the above trades. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday: Day Off, Tuesday,Thursday,Friday: 06:00 - 10:00 ,Saturday: 06:00 - 09:00

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.
