To provide administrative role and co-ordination support to maintenance / project team
Perform AR & AP (Accounts Receivable & Payable)
Prepare quotation and to handle customer enquiries
Co-ordinate repair work for maintenance team
Co-ordination between customers and clients for scheduling of maintenance / repair works
Answering in-coming phone calls and perform general office duties as and when required
