What we are looking for: - Ambitious and passionate Account Manager with a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service to their portfolio of customers
- Effective decision maker and communicator with proven relationship building skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a tenacious personality that has an interest and passion for working in education.
- Strong organisational skills and team player.
Duties/Responsibilities: - Day to day client facing account management, client retention, and first line support for CRM Dynamics within the team.
- Support employer engagement activities and events to inform and generate interest.
- Answer the main phone and handle customer enquiries accordingly. Ensuring all enquires are recorded in the CRM.
You will be reporting to the Senior Account Executive and working closely with the wider team.
