Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our fexible team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality service and leading a dedicated team in a vibrant and upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless and timely service.
Manage inventory, ordering, and control of food and beverage supplies.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations and hotel policies.
Assist with planning and executing special events and functions.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
