Outdoor Education Trainer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and lead in local and overseas camps (e.g. Teambuilding, leadership)
• Mentor and provide guidance for the team of coaches
• Provide consultation for clients
• Design and innovate on Outdoor Education programmes

Skills and Qualifications

• First-aid Certified (at least for the next 1 year)
• Outdoor Adventure related certification (e.g. MOE Outdoor Adventure Faculties Course, Abseil Proficiency Course, Sports Climbing Course)
• Responsible Decision Making
• Open to learning
• Presentation Skills
• Clients Relationship
• Energy Level
• Creativity
• The love and passion for Outdoor Education
