The Challenges:

• Handling Same Day Order
• Handling Shopee / TikTok Shop Order processing,
• Submit e-invoice and monitor the progress
• Remind Finance on the Corporation payment with credit term
• Collect Petty Cash recipe and tally and bank in the cash
• Submit and follow up on Director’s claim
• Filing
• Run preorder report Mon to Sat
• Support Finance to scan invoice
• Manage the company email
• Key same day invoice into xero system
• Others HR, Finance and admin duties that are assigned by the supervisor

What it Takes:

• Minimum 1-year customer service / Sales Admin experience preferred in a F&B or Retail Industry
• Able to handle Multi-task
• Able to problem solving and think out of the box
• Strong Communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email), Words and Excel
• Relevant experience in procurement, invoice processing and contract management
• Follow schedule to meet processing cut-off dates
• A person who is responsible to follow through the allocated job and willing to go extra miles to ensure the task is done

• Working Hours: 5.5 -day work week (Sat 0.5 days)

The Challenges

• Setting up the Commercial Juice Bar
• Crafting a diverse menu of delectable fruit juices with smoothies to align with current health trends by incorporating nutrient-dense ingredients and exploring innovative processing techniques for a contemporary and health-conscious appeal
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the fruit bar, including guidelines for both operational protocols and housekeeping practices
• To oversees and to ensure smooth operation of the Juice Bar
• To lead and train Store Team Members to provide optimum customer service, ensure store-wide adherence to operational procedures, achieve sales growth and profitability
• Suggest suitable equipment and supplier options

What It Takes

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in running the juice bar operations independently
• As a pioneer in running the Juice Bar and willing to roll up the sleeves, problem solve and to make the operations a success
• Preferably Managers specialising in Beverage Service
• Candidate who is willing to do only set up and training Store Members could be considered as well
