We are looking for a male support worker to join our team supporting a gentleman in his own home in Maidstone, Kent.
You will be working in his home, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. So if enjoying long walks (whatever the weather!) and drives out into the countryside are your thing and you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support with and alongside people, then this is the place for you.
You should have a confident approach and previous experience working with people with Autism and behaviours that challenge would be an advantage.
This gentleman has his own vehicle, so you will need to be a driver and willing to drive his car. For this you should have a full UK manual driving licence and have held it for at least 1 year for insurance purposes.

Ability to commute/relocate: postcode ME16 9LH - You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Affinity Trust does not presently hold a Sponsorship Licence and while this status is reviewed regularly there is no present proposal to apply for such a Licence
