Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,027.20 – £26,395 per annum (depending on qualifications)
Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea
Interviews will take place on Friday, 6th September 2024.
Job Purpose:
To provide HR support to the business within the People Services Department of Adferiad Recovery, including, but not limited to sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates and data management within the department.

It’s an exciting time at Adferiad Recovery as our People Services Department continues to grow with the Organisation. This role is based in our busy office in Swansea, however occasional travel may be required, as Adferiad Recovery delivers services across Wales and in Lancashire.
Working within a team of HR professionals within the People Services department, this role is instrumental in ensuring a first-class service is delivered to the business enabling service delivery, attracting, and selecting suitable candidates and enabling Adferiad to be recognised as an employer of choice within the sector.
