Overview
- New position created due to the expansion and growth of the organisation.
- Working in a team of 8 reporting to the Financial Controller
- Organisation turnover of 20 million with 40 sites and multiple cost centres
- Ownership of the role to support and enhance the department.
Job Specification
- To assist in preparation of income and expenditure data and reports and monitor spend against budget.
- To lead in the billing of services to the funding bodies, ensuring the timely processing of billing, and prepare and maintain reconciliations thereon.
- Analyse financial information to support better financial understanding across the organisation.
- Assist with the provision of clear financial information, advice, KPIs, and analysis.
- Liaise regularly with Budget Holders, providing information is in an accessible format.
- Support with the budget setting process across the organisation and accurately reforecast tasked areas on a monthly basis
- Build and maintain significant relationships with stakeholders (internal and external) and ensure efficient communication between relevant parties.
- Support with making process and system improvements where necessary as the organisation grows.
- Support with the payroll functionality of the organisation.
- Support with improving policies and systems to better meet the organisational objectives.
- Deliver, and develop projects inclusively

We are looking for an active, good humoured and calm support worker who can encourage him to achieve his full potential, keep up with him on his long walks and have some fun along the way!

The young gentleman has autism, epilepsy and a severe learning disability and needs an experienced, assertive, individual who is able to provide the consistent support outlined in his support plan and who is confident lone working. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support him to further develop his independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking. It's important to note that, when distressed, he may have anxiety or on occasion show behaviours of concern so PBS or ABA experience would be highly desirable.

His home is close to public transport, within a short walk from the bus stop and train station. There is also free onsite parking available. He has his own car for support workers to use to take him out and about (clean driving licence required).

We are looking for a new Care Manager for our brilliant service in Redhill which has been purpose built to support people to leave long- stay hospitals and start to rebuild their new lives in the community. We are looking for someone who has robust experience in this area.

You will need to have a passion for empowering people to lead an aspiring life, by using positive behaviour support and work within an integrated and multidisciplinary approach to people's wellbeing. You will need to be kind, patient, resilient, compassionate and believe strongly in great leadership. The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh, many of the individuals who have been identified for the new service have been discriminated against, faced trauma, fallen between services, or ended up in hospital placements as community services could not be sourced. This is a real chance to be part of our successful programme of ensuring that everyone with a learning disability or autistic people are supported in their local communities, not in hospital settings.

Great Meadows is our new service for 6 people requiring a wide range of support from emotional support, learning new coping mechanisms, and being able to express their true selves.

The role can be tough, but the rewards outweigh for example one individual is now comfortable to express her identity and is looking forward to living near Brighton where her dream is to attend the annual Pride festival, attend a club and just be in a place where she is fully accepted.

We are looking for a Support Worker to support a 28-year-old man who loves walking, swimming, playing in his garden, stopping at a café for a spot of people watching and lots of other fun activities. He has a great sense of humour, an infectious laugh and an independent spirit. We are looking for an active, good humoured and calm support worker who can encourage him to achieve his full potential, keep up with him on his long walks and have some fun along the way!

The young gentleman has autism, epilepsy and a severe learning disability and needs an experienced, assertive, individual who is able to provide the consistent support outlined in his support plan and who is confident lone working. You will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support him to further develop his independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking. It's important to note that, when distressed, he may have anxiety or on occasion show behaviours of concern so PBS or ABA experience would be highly desirable.

His home is close to public transport, within a short walk from the bus stop and train station. There is also free onsite parking available. He has his own car for support workers to use to take him out and about (clean driving licence required).
