The successful candidate will report to a Business Unit's Head of Department and be responsible for all sales related administrative functions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• Provide Sales Admin support to the department
• Order processing
• Liaise with vendor & customers
• All aspects of quotation, sales orders processing, delivery order
• Inventory control functions
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up enquires
• Assist in creating / updating all tender submission documents
• Assist in tender bidding submission
• Preparation of sales report to track renewal
• Co-ordinating and liaising with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of our operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of working experiences in sales & marketing or related field is required for this position
• Diploma qualification or equivalent
• Able to multi-task
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant software applications.
• Training will be provided.
