Job Title: SEN Teacher - Maternity Cover
Location: Papworth Hall School, Papworth Everard
Salary: Up to £40,000.00 per annum dependant on experience/qualifications
Contract: Term Time Only, Fixed Term - One year maternity cover with the possibility of a permanent position post completion
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

About us
Papworth Hall School is located in the picturesque village in Cambridgeshire. It is within close proximity to Huntingdon and Cambridge. Our new specialist school caters for young people with complex communication needs, autism and associated learning and emotional needs and has the capacity for c30 students.
For over 16 years, Options Autism have provided care and education to pupils, young people and adults with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties. As part of Outcomes First Group, we are leading our sector in setting and delivering new approaches that provide measurable outcomes for those in our care.

Who we are looking for
You will be a passionate teacher and a great communicator, as comfortable talking to pupils and young people as you are with contributing to the school’s vision and direction.
Our schools are unique environments, each one having its own special atmosphere and range of opportunities and resources. Our Teachers enjoy becoming part of their school’s ‘family’, exploring the potential of the building and environment and getting to know the brilliant pupils and young people in our care.
You will enjoy building these caring relationships as well as liaising with fellow professionals, whether they are colleagues in the same school or they work in the pupil's previous educational establishments.
You will have excellent written English skills too, along with a passion for working in collaboration with other members of our multidisciplinary team, sharing information in both formal and informal situations.
UK QTS / QTLS essential.
