Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Social Media
- Manage all social media accounts (FB, IG, TikTok)
- Create content and marketing materials for all social media accounts (photos, videos, graphics, copywriting)
- Design online & offline collaterals, posters, stickers and labels
Administrative
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support
- Scheduling of appointments with clients
- Conduct market research and organisation activities on behalf
- Assist in business-oriented matters
- Perform vendor negotiations activities for business needs
- Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Familiar with Social Media / Design
- Creative mindset, proactive, have an eye for details
- Photo-taking and graphic design skills
- Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
- Excellent command in English; Good copywriting skills
- Knowledge in using design & editing softwares (eg. Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, Illustrator, etc)
