As a Training Manager, candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of our WSH training programs. Candidate will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and customize training solutions accordingly. Additionally, candidate will manage a team of trainers and instructors to ensure the highest standards of quality and effectiveness in our training initiatives.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to assess their training needs and tailor programs to meet their requirements.
2. Coordinate training sessions, including scheduling, logistics, and venue arrangements.
3. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, implementing improvements as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
4. Develop and maintain a portfolio of WSH training programs, including but not limited to:
-Occupational safety and health regulations
-Hazard identification and risk assessment
-Emergency preparedness and response
Workplace ergonomics and hygiene
5. Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program evaluations.
6. Design instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources, to support training delivery.
Technical Skills & competencies :
1. Skill in customizing training programs to align with clients' specific requirements, learning objectives, and organizational culture.
2. Proficiency in scheduling software or tools to organize training sessions, allocate resources.
3. Proficiency in data analysis to interpret evaluation results and draw meaningful insights
4. In-depth knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations, hazard identification and risk assessment methodologies, emergency preparedness and response protocols, and workplace ergonomics and hygiene principles.
5. Proficiency in using database software or learning management systems (LMS) to input, update, and manage training records electronically.
6. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) to create visually appealing and engaging instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources.
