Working as the Specification Sales Representative you will be selling the company’s full range of window and door solution products for use in commercial developments / refurbishments. In doing so you will develop relationships with key architects, specifiers, developers, consultants and contractors.

As the Specification Sales Representative you will have responsibility for generating product / system specifications in line with targeted expectations and will work closely with commercial fabricators and installers to maintain and defend those specifications.

In this role you will also develop, host and deliver technical presentations such as CPD seminars for architects and other construction professionals.


CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

The Specification Sales Representative will have:

• A proven track record of sales success in the windows, doors, curtain walling or building envelope arena

• Good Project management skills

• Confident presentation skills with excellent communication skills

• A demonstrable track record in specification selling

• Knowledge or wind loadings and the fabric of a building (desirable)
