We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer who has experience managing personal injury and clinical negligence case loads.
Working as the Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer you will handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, ranging from straightforward road traffic accidents (RTAs) to complex, high-value cases, including catastrophic injuries.
As the Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer you manage cases from inception to settlement or trial, representing clients at all stages of the claims process. You will play a key role in client management, offering expert advice and delivering high-quality legal services.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Personal Injury Solicitor / Legal Executive / Lawyer include:
• Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, including RTA, public liability, employer liability, and occupier liability cases
• Conducting comprehensive investigations, gathering evidence, and liaising with relevant parties, such as medical experts and insurance companies
• Advising clients on the merits of their case, potential outcomes, and risks associated with their claim
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documentation, including witness statements, settlement offers, and court submissions
• Preparing cases for court hearings and representing clients, where necessary, to achieve optimal outcomes
• Working closely with other team members to share knowledge, discuss strategies, and ensure high standards of client service
• Staying current with personal injury law updates, legislative changes, and relevant case law to maintain expertise
• Upholding the firm’s commitment to ethical, client-centred service and high standards of legal practice
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Qualified Solicitor
• Proven track record of successfully managing and settling personal injury claims
• Thorough knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
• Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Strong advocacy skills and a confident, professional demeanour
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients in a clear, concise manner
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting deadlines
• Client-focused approach with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
