SALARY: up to £35,000 per annum + Benefits

JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator who has previous experience working within a busy finance team.
Working as the Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall financial health of the business.
As the Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator you will ideally be ATT qualified or working towards qualification. You will also need good Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical and analytical skills.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Accounts Assistant / Finance Administrator include:
• Invoice Processing: Accurately process and record incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies
• Purchase Order: Set up new suppliers and raise purchase orders
• Financial Reporting: Support the Finance Manager with the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in our accounting software
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• AAT qualified or working towards (preferred)
• Proven experience in an accounts or finance role
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
