Theatre Royal Brighton is Grade II* listed and one of the oldest theatres in the UK. First established in 1764 and on its current site since 1807, it has been in almost continual operation to the present day. This iconic theatre welcomes 200,000 people a year through its doors to more than 300 performances. Five minutes from the beach and situated in the heart of the city, we offer a packed and varied programme of incredible shows plus a full schedule of amazing creative learning activities. Theatre Royal Brighton has played host to all the greats: Kean, Thorndike, Dietrich, Olivier, McKellen and many more.
We are recruiting for a Deputy Customer Experience Manager to lead an excellent front of house service and deliver a first class audience experience for our visitors. You'll support and motivate the team to achieve their day-to-day sales targets from our various bars, kiosks, and at-seat delivery service, and proactively work to improve what we offer to our customers. You will be the key contact in the Customer Experience Management department to deal with all aspects of staff, personnel needs, rotas and timesheet management. You'll be working in a friendly, dedicated team in a dynamic, exciting venue - so this is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy working in a varied, busy role with a diverse range of people.
