Start your Safety career as an Office Assistant, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Manager and broader Safety team. What does the role look like?  

• Manage the shared inbox
• Coordinate and take minutes for meetings
• WHS IT and Payroll systems portal administrative duties
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with processing and coding invoices
• Assist with safety document control and management as directed
• Assist all Safety team members with BAU administrative tasks as required.
