Commencing January 2025, we require 20 x Maintenance Staff on an ongoing basis for a venue based in Broome, Western Australia.
Job role:
• Performing basic maintenance requests from hotel guests rooms
• Repairing and replacing fixtures and fittings, including lightbulbs, windows, doors and handrails.
• Performing basic maintenance and repairs on taps, basins and toilets.
• Maintaining landscaped areas, such as gardening and weeding
• Clearing gutters and common areas of rubbish and debris.
• Applying and repairing paint
• Changing locks on doors and windows.
Training is provided and there is potential for all staff to be upskilled during their employment.
Full time pay rate will be in line with Level 2 as per the Hospitality Industry Award (General) - $24.98 per hour (ordinary) with a minimum of 38 hours offered per week.
Shared staff accommodation can be arranged nearby for $100-$200 per person per week.
