Job responsibilities:

• • Responsible for measuring, analyzing, positioning, and promoting our product line. Strong communication and project coordination skills, with an ability to work effectively with Principle, Partners, Channel Sales and Technical team and execute various product marketing initiatives.
  • Create and own product messaging and marketing plans.
  • Drive product marketing efforts such as defining and implementing a customer communications strategy; defining market research studies to gain knowledge about competitors’ attitudes and behavior; and developing collateral that optimally positions the strengths of our products.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market plan.
  • Produce product collateral such as customer presentations, webcasts, and case studies.

Requirement:

• • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience selling enterprise security & networking solutions to large & medium corporations.
  • Previous experience in successfully developing and/or managing major accounts where significant revenue growth has been generated.
  • Strong knowledge of security & networking solutions
  • Team player, self-motivated, result-oriented and highly independent.
  • Flexible and able to travel
  • Strong business acumen and natural leadership skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work with little or no direct supervision

Responsibilities

•  Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
• Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Proactively recruits new qualifying partners, conducts partner enablement, engagement and key account mapping.

Required Qualification & Experience

• To succeed in this position, you should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in channel sales in the IT industry and a good record of achieving assigned sales quota.
• Experience selling enterprise solutions to large & medium corporations would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of channel partner management is a must and direct experience in a distributor is required.
• Knowledge of security and storage products would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of cyber security and solutions would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team are also critical success factors for this position.
