We are seeking a meticulous and organised Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales department by providing crucial sales and administrative support. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing sales-related documentation, coordinating sales activities, and facilitating communication between the sales team, customers, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain sales databases, including updating customer information, sales records, and order information.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotations.
Co-ordinate sales team activities and schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales representatives.
Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information or support to address their needs.
Monitor and track sales metrics and prepare reports for sales performance analysis.
Assist in organising sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Support the sales team in administrative tasks, such as preparing presentations and materials for client meetings.
Maintain an organised filing system for sales-related documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Join our team as a Sales Administrator and contribute to the success of our sales operations by providing crucial administrative support and ensuring streamlined communication and efficiency within the department.
Healthcare experience is desired.

Qualified Approved Mental Health Professional, with a minimum of 2-3 years practice due to the nature of the role.

Up to £28 p/h pay - 3 month contract will possibility of extension.

Successful candidate will be required to triage referrals, allocate work to other AMHPs within the team and chair the daily allocations meeting, and at times they will also need to undertake Mental Health Act Assessments depending on the demand on the service. They will need to be a highly motivated individual who works well under pressure and who can work well within a team as well as on their own.

They will also need to have experience in working with Forensic Mental Health clients as this role will require them to have a small caseload (up to 10 clients) of social supervised service users, who are both in the community and currently detained in the hospital.

Candidate MUST be a car driver as they need to be able to travel across Medway and into Kent as the Mental Health hospitals are located across the county. They may also be required at times to travel to Out of area hospitals (outside of Kent) for clients detained in private hospitals.

The role is a hybrid role as at times they may have to attend the office (or a community base) for team meetings etc.

Enhanced adults and childrens DBS is essential as AMHPs assess both children and adults under the Mental Health Act.
