Job Description
Health Screenings and Procedures:
- Conduct health screenings, including drawing blood and administrating vaccinations.
- Proficient in monitoring blood sugar levels, performing resting ECGs, visual acuity tests, and swab tests.
Patient Care and Support:
- Manage patient appointments, provide care and offer counselling support to patients.
- Handle patient registrations, inquiries, billings, claims with accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist in medication stock management and inventory control.
Coordination and Collaboration:
- Coordinate effectively with pharmaceutical, laboratory, and medical partners to ensure seamless patient care.
- Dispense medications under the supervision of a doctor.
Clinical Assistance:
- Assist doctor during patient consultations and procedures, serving as a reliable chaperon when required.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety within the clinic to ensure the well-being of all patients.
Job Requirements
Candidates must be:
- Singapore citizens or Permanent Residents.
- Possess at least 1 year of recent working experience at a medical clinic or hospital setting.
- Familiarity with clinic management system and claims processes is advantageous
- Proficient in English and a second language, both spoken and written.
- Strong customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate responsibility.
- Proficient in using computers, including scheduling appointments.
- Demonstrates diligence, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.
Education Level
- Possess at least Nitec in Nursing, or Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
- Certified in BCLS / AED
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm (with lunch break from 12.30pm to 2pm)
- Saturday: 9am to 1pm
- Rest days on Sunday and Public Holidays
- No night shift
