Job Responsibilities:

· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution. Manage user acquisition channels like social media, website, influencer marketing, partnership and referral program etc.

· Assist the VP Marketing in maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.

· Assist the VP of Marketing in developing the market penetration strategy for target countries.

· Plan and execute in-house or partnership events for both online and offline.

· Seek new partners to join our ecosystem and maintain good relationships.

· Partner with industry leaders, users, and the media for public advocacy, education, messaging, and thought leadership on sustainability and advanced technical solutions.

· Lead launches of new products and offerings across all communication channels, working closely with the technical and operations teams.

· Coordinate and liaise with vendors on projects including photographers, videographers, branding agency, web developers and Event Company etc.)

· Collect and analyze user feedback to adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.

· Track and evaluate the user acquisition and market penetration performance, providing regular reports and recommendations.

Qualification:

· Fluency in both English and Chinese is required as you will communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and colleagues.

· A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business is preferred.

· 3 to 5 years of marketing experience in a global, cross-matrixed business.

· Experience in Web 3.0 is preferred.

· Familiarity with cryptocurrency and possessing basic knowledge of blockchain technology.

· Highly experienced in user acquisition, event marketing, social media marketing, and influencer marketing.

· Experience in both B2B and B2B2C end-user markets.

· Strong hands-on approach and a focus on achieving goals.

· Highly organized and dependable, with strong project management skills.

· Resourcefulness and an existing network in the Web 3.0 space are preferred.

· Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines.

· Highly motivated and results-driven who moves fast to get things done.

· Willingness and flexibility to undertake overseas business trips.

· Attentive to detail as well as capable of seeing the broader view.
