As our Comms Intern, your main responsibility is to support the team to successfully deliver brand and marketing programs across our business; Corporate & Customer Facing. You are highly motivated, professional, passionate, creative, detail-oriented, self-organized and proactive in coordinating marketing activities from every angle to assist the team in achieving maximum results for the business.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs & Communications.
Main Duties & Responsibilities Includes:
Strategy / Research
- Stay abreast and share current market/ industry trends, audience insights and new innovations in marketing initiatives/ platforms
- Proactively come up with ideas/ ‘different ways in’ to challenge the status quo of our marketing & content efforts to ensure we are being bold, creative, innovative and effective in our approach
Digital & Social Media Management
- Be familiar with Product Design – UI/UX (including Research Design and Wireframing Prototype)
- Assist with the creative/ content maintenance and update of our Corporate Website
- Develop angles, ideas and create content (social posts, videos) to sit on our owned platforms; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Confident with use of video content for digital strategy: Conceptualisation to videography
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports
Campaign Planning / Execution
- Manage external partners if any; Draft briefs for external consultants including but not limited to: property & lifestyle photoshoots and videography
Activations (if practicable)
- Assist in the planning and execution of on-site activations: launch events that showcase the key features of our properties including seasonal events in support of business initiatives or new openings
Job Requirements
- Final year students pursuing a Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, Arts & Design (Integrated Marketing Communications)/ Diploma in Media, Arts & Design (Design for Communication & Experience)
- Ability to demonstrate a knowledge and passion for real estate, trends and key customers both at a local and global level
- Ability to analyse consumer data and then use this to strengthen your consumer awareness and understanding

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a time-pressured environment
