Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and supporting the overall financial health of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Assist the finance team as and when required
Prepare Client quotes & proposal
Set up new client files & conduct credit checks
Provide excellent customer service to clients and suppliers, addressing any queries or issues effectively.
Debt Collection- drafting emails and calling clients to follow up
