Job Description

• Deliver sales targets and meet campaign key performance indicators (KPIs) which includes sales targets, call quality and operational standards
• Conduct telemarketing calls to promote our Company services with clear service knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
• Convert leads provided by the company to sales through telemarketing activities
• Ensure all call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with Quality Assurance standards
• Update customer information in the database

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management
• Prior experience working in telemarketing or sales function and/or the beauty & wellness industry preferred
• Comfortable with outbound calls and stakeholder interactions
• Confident communicator with good verbal skills
• Sufficiently resilient to handle rejection and objections from customers
• Persuasive and committed to meet/exceed sales targets
• Sales-driven and possess a can-do attitude

As our Assistant Manager, you will assist the Senior Roadshow Manager in managing the team of promoters and to lead by example, inspiring and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for prospecting potential clients.

• Lead and motivate team to drive delivery of consistent high standards of performance and behavior
• Consult with prospect and convert possible leads into businesses
• Pursue sales opportunities and close the deals effectively to meet target set by the Company
• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand by conducting all activities with professionalism and integrity
• Training and onboarding of new Roadshow promoters
• Planning of work schedule for the team
• Liaise with vendors
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with supervisory & management experience
• Proven ability to engage and handle customers’ queries
• Basic PC knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing and friendly personality

Job Descriptions:
• Attend to all customers' call in/walk in enquiries
• Fixing, rescheduling and reminders on customer appointments
• Perform invoicing and cashiering duties (payment/daily settlement)
• Reports data entry & consolidation for submission

Job Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Preferably with experience. No Experience are welcome as training will be provided
