Company Background
The Company is an 8-year old POS and digital technology/hardware/software subscription company in the F&B industry. The Company also provide central kitchen services to the POS users.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Set and achieve quantifiable sales targets.
- Sales activities include selling additional new products and solutions to existing customers but also to add new customers.
- Maintain a customer database that is updated frequently and used as a sales tool.
- Developing sales promotional packages, if needed.
- Manage and propose a sales budget.
Requirements:
- Industry and F&B or retail category POS and software category sales.
- Marketing and sales experience in the Food & Beverage industry or IT/software industry.
- The candidate must have experience with large F&B customers with 20+ retail stores/restaurants.
- The ability to work as a team while working virtually using the phone and video calls
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills with high energy, highly organized, and an aspirational person.
- Degree in a 3-year college, and/or Certificate(s) in Sales and Marketing is preferred but not a must.
- 5+ years of work experience and virtual work experience.
Compensation
At market rate for the position OR above market rate commensurate with the candidate’s qualification.
