£500 after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.
£500 after successful completion of twelve months' employment.
**What We're Looking For:**
We're seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic Registered Manager for one of our 2-bed homes, who is ready to make a difference. Your role will also be to support young people come to terms with, and move on from, their varying emotional, behavioural and often mental health issues. If you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience (at a senior level) within a children’s residential setting, coupled with Level 5 Leadership & Management (or working towards it), then you're exactly who we're looking for. We provide excellent training and CPD opportunities, including the chance to achieve Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care & Children and Young People Services, Level 2 Certificate in Child & Adolescent Mental Health, and Positive Behaviour Support Courses Level 1 or 2 as a minimum. Applicants must be able to work within the principles of The Children's Act 2004 and demonstrate a good working knowledge of Child Protection and Children's Homes procedures and related matters along with a working knowledge of the National Care Standards 2018, Children's Homes Regulations 2018 and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023.
