The Opportunity
Our location in Columbus, OH currently has an opportunity for a Senior Project Management Analyst.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with the Strategic Program Manager to develop and execute projects on the Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) technology roadmap, including development of TPM Power BI reports/dashboards, to enhance data accessibility and productivity for the organization.
- Facilitate TPM Monthly Business Reviews and S&OP with TPM leadership. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in these processes and development of the associated metrics. Compile necessary data to support these reviews.
- Lead benchmarking activities and develop a proposal for data management within TPM in alignment with division guidance.
- Benchmark with cross functional teams to understand how technology is utilized to support the business. Collaborate with Supply Chain Analytics and Digital Excellence teams to understand available and upcoming technology. Provide training to department as needed on new tools.
- Develop technology to support process improvements, data standardization, and automation.
- Identify process issues, recommend improvements, and implement process improvements.
- Act as a data steward for TPM and support the advancement of citizen developers within the department.
- Maintain existing Power Platform applications, including support for operations metrics, S&OP, QA metrics, ingredient forecasts, financials, and supply disruptions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE, YOU’LL BRING
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operational Excellence or other degree acceptable with previous analytics experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Science, Operations, and/or Project Management.
- Experience working with large data sets, including analysis and visualization of data.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform and Excel along with strong skills in Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent project management skills, problem solving abilities, and logical thinking skills.
Preferred:
- Proven history of delivering results and very strong work ethic is the key success factor and expectation for this position.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ownership and accountability.
- Strong oral and written presentation skills along with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Demonstrated skills in collaborating and influencing cross-functionally within a global environment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certified or equivalent desirable but not necessary.
- Green Belt / Black Belt certified desirable but not necessary.

$83,000.00 – $166,000.00
