**Position: Director of Client Services**
**Role Overview:**
As the Director of Client Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving our clients' success by spearheading new business sales initiatives, managing internal client relationships, and contributing to ad hoc consulting projects. Reporting directly to CEO Fraser Morrison, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our clients' growth trajectory.
**Responsibilities:**
**1. New Business Sales:**
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, particularly for our outbound Business Development service.
- Utilize your expertise to identify opportunities and develop strategies that align with clients' objectives.
**2. Internal Client Management:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assume client management responsibilities delegated by the CEO, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships built on trust and mutual success.
**3. Ad Hoc Consulting Projects:**
- Engage in ad hoc consulting projects as needed, leveraging your strategic insights to provide value-added solutions to our clients.
**Requirements:**
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or client management roles, preferably within a consultancy or agency environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
