Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the architecture and design of SAP IBP solutions, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, sales and operations planning (S&OP), and integrated business forecasting.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define solution strategies, and translate business needs into technical specifications and system designs.
• Provide expertise in configuring and customizing SAP IBP modules to meet client-specific business processes, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor project teams in all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement data interfaces between SAP IBP and other SAP and non-SAP systems, such as ERP, CRM, and external data sources.
• Perform system performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of SAP IBP applications.
• Stay current with SAP IBP industry trends, innovations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation in solution delivery.
• Provide thought leadership, conduct workshops, and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives to empower client teams and drive adoption of SAP IBP capabilities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience as an SAP IBP Consultant or Architect, with a proven track record of successful project implementations and client engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules, functionalities, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP SCM) and external systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IBP configuration, data modeling, and optimization techniques for demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and S&OP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to design and implement complex IBP solutions that address business challenges and drive value.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
• SAP certification in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or related modules is preferred.
