An opportunity has arisen in the client-facing area of TDX D&A for a Senior Analyst wishing to deepen their learnings, drive superior performance, present powerful insights to clients and deliver initiatives that really turn the dial on performance improvements.

What You’ll Do
Data exploration to identify trends and insights on client portfolios
Exploring opportunities to build, enhance and develop recoveries strategies
Engaging with clients to understand performance drivers, present visual data insights and deliver valuable improvements
Running pieces of ad-hoc analysis for internal and external colleagues and clients
What experience you need
Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through previous analytical role(s)
Able to communicate results and ideas to a wide range of stakeholders and build effective relationships
Experience working with analytical software
Good attention to detail, particularly with numerical outputs
Good problem-solving skills
What could set you apart
Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent
Experience in: Debt collections/recovery, Financial Services
Proficient user of: SQL, Python, Google Suite
Engaging with colleagues across the business, in particular communicating technical information effectively
Taking responsibility for elements of projects and proactively providing updates when necessary
Running the MI processes with the wider team on a weekly and monthly basis
Monitoring and communicating financial performance throughout the business
