What You’ll Get to Do:

As a CACI-Wexford Irregular Warfare Analyst, you will serve in both a deployed and reach back role, conducting irregular warfare analysis on threat networks that employ or facilitate the use of improvised threats such as Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs). You will support SOF and conventional units in comprehending how irregular warfare threats are organized, manned, equipped, and sustained and provide intelligence support to policy makers, planners, and operational forces engaging these threats.

More About the Role:

While deployed, you will embed with warfighters to assist operational and tactical commanders, their staffs and subordinate units and apply irregular warfare analysis to enhance their effectiveness against threat networks. You will apply irregular warfare analytic expertise and make recommendations for future products, anticipate customer intelligence needs, and explore anomalies, new developments, and trends that could impact or threaten US operational capabilities or intelligence requirements. Most deployments are 180 days in length.

While providing reach back support, you will directly support embedded teammates; answer requests for support from other tactical units; and work closely with a wide variety of units, institutions, and partners. You will assist with pre-deployment training/preparation, conduct professional development within the CACI-WGI Irregular Warfare Analysis Team, and mentor new members of the team to ensure they are ready to deploy and succeed.

Among the topics you will analyze are insurgent political and military organization, military capabilities, and combat tactics, techniques, and procedures as well as recruitment, training, sustainment, population influence and control methodologies, material procurement, development, and proliferation, transregional logistics and financing.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
• Minimum one-year experience in forward deployed locations supporting tactical operations.
• Minimum two years of experience conducting analysis of irregular warfare problem sets to highlight insurgent or threat network organization, key nodes, and vulnerabilities.
• You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
• You will be able to provide daily feedback to the team lead on product development.
• Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
• Willing to work rotating shifts if needed.
• Bachelor’s degree and three years of experience, or associates degree and seven years of experience, or nine years of relevant work experience. We will also consider five years of directly relevant work experience. 

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:   

• More than three years of experience conducting irregular warfare network analysis in support of attack the network operations.
• Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing the CALEB or Irregular Warfare Analysis methodology.
• Expert understanding of network analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook and Palantir.
• Expert understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, ICReach SIGINT database, Cultweave SIGINT database, PROTON SIGINT Database.
• Expert understanding of Intel targeting tools such as the Skope toolset or the Voltron toolset.
• Practical understanding of geospatial Intel tools such as ArcGIS and Google Earth.
• Must be able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment
• Be deployable to the required theater of operations, usually conducting periodic travel within CONUS and six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.

As the Senior Infrastructure Manager you will lead and oversee a team of eight administrators and engineers who are responsible for managing and maintaining the entire JWICS datacenter infrastructure for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Fort Meade, Maryland. 

You will provide in-depth hands-on datacenter operational knowledge and work with the team to upgrade the entire datacenter infrastructure environment to ensure the continued operational availability of the network to support the intelligence community’s mission. 

You'll provide support services with technical problems and information technology issues involving Windows Server, NetApp, VMware or network services to local employees and employees using network remote access. Configure, maintain and provide Window Server Administration support to all users to ensure they have the ability to work at all times.

You'll also provide support for all applications running on servers and desktops, and all hardware associated with applications as well as help develop IT solutions to meet business objectives.

You will lead the team on all projects and be the liaison between the government customer and the team.  Due to the complexity of the network, this position is 100% onsite.

• Assist with overseeing the overall administration of all aspects of a datacenter (include SAN, LAN, WAN, Active Directory, Windows Servers, HBSS, ACAS, Virtualization, and VDI environment).
• Serve as a Lead engineer/administrator for technical tasks for computing, virtualization, and storage.
• Provide reporting to fulfill contract deliverables related to data center operations and projects being performed by the Data Center team.
• Attend Change Control Board (CCB) meetings as a technical advisor for all Change Requests (CRs)
• Provide guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application, or system problems.

You Will Bring These Qualifications: 

• Active TS/SCI. 
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/Computer Science preferred and/or 8+ years of experience in related field. 
• Ability work efficiently/effectively with government leadership
• Experience leading a team of administrators within an enterprise environment.

What You will Get To Do:

The Program Manager shall be responsible for the successful cost, schedule, and performance of a $200M contract. Serves as the main point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior management. Directly contributes to the program efforts in several areas, including cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities. • Fifteen (15) years of experience as a program/project manager managing a large contract >$100M.

• Must have a PMP, FAC-P/PM Senior Level, or DAWIA Level 3 certification in Program Management. 

• Must have demonstrated experience in managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment is required. 

• Shall be knowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFAR), DoD 5000 series, and ICD 801 policies. 

• Must have demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting. 

• Must have at least three years of demonstrated experience in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms (for example Earned Value Management).
