This position is primarily responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payroll for up to 300 Tyson Private Fleet Drivers.
The typical shift for this role is Mon - Fri (7:30AM - 4:30PM) and candidate is expected to be on time. In the event of disruptions, candidate must be flexible with shift. Work environment is fast paced, candidate must be able to multi-task including communications via: phone, email, LME (dispatch software), and instant messaging. Other responsibilities include; POD sourcing, data entry, and various other administrative tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
Education: HS diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience: Not required, but preferred
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills, MS Office knowledge required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Bilingual a plus.
Travel: N/A
Supervisory Responsibilities: None
