Our teams will assign you short-term projects that will expose you to different industries and sectors across our business. You will meet our teammates, learn how the business operates, and how our clients interact with us. A few examples of projects include, but are not limited to:
Client acquisition and retention life cycle
RFP response(s) including relevant internal and external research
Industry and/or product benchmarking
Claims analysis
Internal or external presentations
Job Shadowing
Job shadowing provides an opportunity for you to learn from our experienced teammates by observing internal and external calls and meetings. This may include, but is not limited to client stewardship, carrier, and internal practice meetings among others.
We want you to learn the many facets of our business and provide you with the most realistic picture of what we do at Risk Solutions and the broader insurance industry.
Mentorship
You will be assigned a mentor within your assigned team. Your mentor will be knowledgeable, supportive, and act as your guide throughout the program to help you develop skills and achieve goals such as:

Requirements:
We are interested in speaking with students seeking a career in Risk Management & Insurance.
Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior on track to graduate with a bachelor’s / master’s degree, or a Juris Doctorate candidate.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter with good time management skills to meet deadlines
