This individual will act as the front desk receptionist for our Caton Hosey office and is responsible for greeting and directing clients and guests at the front desk as well as on the telephone.

General Responsibilities:
Provide the first impression to the public for the Caton Hosey office.
Answer all incoming calls and route caller to the appropriate person in a pleasant and professional manner. Answer calls efficiently; answer client inquiries, as needed, or direct the inquiry to the person best able to answer the request.
Greet and direct visitors to the proper person in a pleasant and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, scan, and direct to appropriate teammates, including mailing out of insurance certificates
Retrieve and distribute messages left on the main office voicemail.
Ensure supply inventory is full, ordering supplies as needed, and assist agency personnel with various clerical and administrative functions
Maintain pleasant and satisfactory relationships with all company and agency personnel, communicating all relevant information to the respective parties
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Exceptional telephone demeanor
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task
