B&B is seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead its global ERM function which is part of the Risk, Regulatory and Compliance function within the Law Department. Reporting to the Chief Risk, Regulatory and Compliance Counsel, the Senior Director will manage B&B’s ERM program and activities with the goal of protecting the enterprise.

General Responsibilities:
Leading the ERM program and risk management activities across the enterprise, ensuring threats and opportunities are managed consistently and effectively in alignment with B&B’s strategy and company objectives.
Managing deployment of digital ERM Platform for enterprise-wide data capture, analysis, and reporting, and ensuring continuous enhancement of ERM tools, processes, and policies.
Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders including Divisions, Profit Centers and corporate function risk champions in the development, standardization, and regular review of the measurement components of the ERM Framework, e.g., risk appetite, risk tolerance levels, and key risk indicators (KRI’s).
Facilitating and supporting risk reviews at all levels, and cross-functionally, within the business, to identify, assess and plan to address risks.
Supporting the activities of the ERM Committee (“ERMC”) as defined in ERMC charter.
Monitoring threats and opportunities an enterprise level, escalating threats in excess of approved tolerance levels; communicating with executive leadership regarding ERM matters of significant importance to the enterprise; and preparing effective, accurate and timely reports for senior leadership, the Board of Directors/Audit Committee.
Creating educational resources for ERM Program participants and coaching to achieve a risk-astute culture around risk identification and management.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 15 years prior experience in risk management role, third party risk management or audit. Certification in Risk Management Assurance and/or Internal Audit desired.
Significant knowledge of COSO ERM, ISO 32001 ERM, and Third-party Risk Management disciplines, Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls, and NIST Cyber Security and Risk Management Frameworks.
Demonstrated understanding of risk management frameworks and best practices, and internal control principles and concepts, such as: identifying risk in key processes, compliance with regulatory requirements, monitoring, testing, issue management, risk appetite and related metrics, and reporting.
Experienced and proficient with system configuration and integration, as well as development and production of dashboards, scorecards, and reports to support management and the executive team for their evaluation of enterprise risk.
Highly developed conceptual and critical-thinking skills, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities required to monitor success of the enterprise to enhance value for growth.
Global perspective with the ability to understand, influence and collaborate with employees at all levels across the enterprise and in team settings
Experience interfacing with and presenting to executive teams, business management, and external teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
