Job Description
Join a dynamic company and growing team to review and build end-to-end supply chain concepts and scenarios in line with the Business strategy. In this operational excellence-minded role, you will integrate strategic business plans with experts and stakeholders from the North America Market, Integrated Supply Chain, and Business Groups to improve Market to Order (M2O) and Order to Cash operations.
Your role:
Determine and implement North America supply chain medium-term plan; By converting supply chain strategy into processes and rules, create a responsive, agile supply chain and modify supply chain management principles to meet consumer needs, improving the end-to-end supply chain.
Advocates for quality and seek ways to improve customer satisfaction, delivery quality, and cost. Promotes End-to-End value stream integration by identifying cost drivers and encouraging cross-functional collaboration to optimize cost and improve customer experience. Drive ongoing NAM & Supply Chain process improvement to support tactical, financial, and operational strategies.
Demonstrates control and proactive management of inventory supporting the business, leveraging key processes or groups to optimize inventory position. Identifies improvement opportunities across the E2E supply chain by detecting KPI trends and/or analyzing internal and external data to generate and implement value adding solutions with the customer in mind.
You're the right fit if:
You have 8+ years of experience in supply chain management, project planning and scheduling, and/or logistics and distribution management.
Your skills include demonstrated ability to lead cross functionally to achieve overall business objectives, and experience leading with Continuous Improvement and LEAN methodology
You have a Bachelor’s of Science or Business degree (required), and/or MBA degree (preferred) OR experience equivalent to 15 or more years’ related experience
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
