As a Visual Marketing Content Developer, you will be at the heart of our communications and content marketing strategy. Your role is to create engaging, visually appealing content across multiple platforms, ensuring our message resonates with our audience. You will be responsible for the development, deployment, and management of content that drives engagement and delivers on our value proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Craft high-quality visual content for various channels including PowerPoint presentations, websites/blogs, social media, posters, videos, and Microsoft Teams posts. Your creative skills should bring complex ideas to life in an accessible and engaging manner.
- Media Management: Efficiently post media in diverse formats across the appropriate channels to maximize impact, ensuring timely publication that aligns with marketing strategies.
- Content Strategy: Develop a comprehensive content calendar to manage and plan for the creation, delivery, and governance of content.
- Guidelines Development: Formulate content guidelines that streamline the publishing process and accommodate contributors with varying levels of experience, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
- Copywriting and Editing: Apply your copywriting and editing skills to produce error-free content, focusing on proofreading, format clean-up, and language simplification for clear communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing communications (MarCom), AppliedX, IRMC, and other internal teams to produce educational classes and other content that support our value proposition.
- Speaker Coordination: Coordinate with both internal and external speakers, preparing them for in-person or virtual events and ensuring they have the materials and information needed for successful presentations.
- Marketing Content Development: Create and disseminate marketing and promotional materials tailored for various stages of event campaigns, including pre-event hype, live event engagement, and post-event follow-up.

U.S. Salary Range:
$108,000.00 - $148,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
