Key responsibilities:
- Serve as an interface with assigned business unit or functional area such as Sales, Operations, Engineering, Service and Finance for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, project portfolio management, and relationship management
- Validates and ensures design integrity of business process/business application solutions to address complex cross functional needs. Oversee software application functional specification development and configuration for complex individual projects and/or across multiple, concurrent projects.
- Develops testing and data conversion strategies. Identifies and recommend industry BKM's for integrated solution design and standards, and develop and enforce defined standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and drive new technology evaluations.
- Oversee business application functional support services to meet performance, availability, customer service level agreement and customer satisfaction targets. Ensure systems are monitored and tuned for availability and performance, and that rigorous root cause analysis is performed and preventative/corrective actions implemented. Oversees execution of application lifecycle activities
- Plans and ensures delivery of project and support services within area of responsibility within allocated budget. Develops project budgets. Develops deep understanding cost model and cost drivers for service(s) and develops and implements service area budgets and cost optimization initiative Responsible for timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts.
- Monitors and ensures adherence to GIS project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA and other relevant processes, standards, governance and controls. May manage execution of sox controls and testing, and support internal and external audits
- Plan and manage large scale, complex cross functional business application projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality
- Oversees vendor delivery in an outcome-based SOW and/or time and material engagement performing services across multiple projects or service areas across multiple projects or service areas. Ensures contingent workforce utilization is optimized. Works with management and strategic providers to identify gaps and opportunities and to recommend improvement plans. May approve contingent worker time sheets/SOW costs
Functional Knowledge:
- Regarded as the functional/technical expert in their particular field
Demonstrates in-depth and/or breadth of expertise in own discipline and broad knowledge of other disciplines within the function - Experience in creating and configuring business models that enable servicing of equipment installed at customers' sites via after-market services and spares business unit
- Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of integration knowledge between SAP FI/CO System and upstream Sales, Services, Logistics, configuration, pricing and quote and track of service opportunities, for which SAP CPQ and C4C experience is a strong plus
- In-depth SAP Controlling including Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Cost Object Controlling. Exposure to multi-national enterprise with multiple company code currencies and parallel currencies (Local, Group and additional currency) design
- Data analytic Experience working with BI/Business Objects/WEBi/Data Lake/SQL/Tableau/Power BI or other business dashboard and data visualization tools
- PMP certified, prior project management experiences running SAP/ERP implementation, at least 3 full-cycle implementation; planning, leading PMP deliverables including but not limited to, integration testing/UAT and ability to defect resolution for any problem identified, master data conversion, archiving, system upgrades and master data reorganization
- Experience implementing product cost controlling, revenue recognition, margin analysis and corresponding analytics and planning functionalities in SAP S/4 is strongly preferred
Business Expertise:
- Anticipates business and regulatory issues; recommends product, process or service improvements
- Management accounting working knowledge required; prior experience of supporting technologies enabling accounting/controllership/business partner function a must
Leadership:
- Leads projects with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution
- Manage internal customer relationship as vertical and also across different pillars within the IT and business organization
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a cross-functional, multi-disciplinary teams and versed in leadership and problem-solving skills in a global company
- Influences others internally and externally, including senior management

U.S. Salary Range:
$156,000.00 - $214,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
