This position is responsible for management of Risk Weighted Assets "RWA" Analytics within the Capital Controllers Group, specifically focused on derivatives analysis and RWA calculation relative to Basel Rule.

The candidate will work closely with key partners leading the Standardized RWA transformation efforts including Basel III Endgame readiness. This role will be responsible for managing the CISO Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Execution Team primarily responsible for developing and executing strategies to innovate, support and help lead global MCA Transformation efforts including approach design, development, implementation, reporting, and governance. The Citi Controls – End User Computing (EUC) team is responsible for the development of consistent principles and standards to govern and manage End User Computing (EUC) and IT Enabled Smart Solutions (ITeSS) in a consistent manage across Citi. The team partners with the businesses and functions to drive continuous development of enterprise-wide guiding principles, policies, processes, and practices. develop consistent approach and practices. The team is also responsible to measure policy adherence and remedial actions associated with Policy adherence ad well as drive EUC agenda progress.

The role manages multiple teams of senior professional and will be responsible to support the execution of EUC transformation with the design and implementation of an end-to-end framework over the EUC Lifecycle. The role requires a broad and comprehensive understanding of the different systems, theories, and practices relevant to a function as well as practical experience of multiple business cycles. Excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences. The job is likely to be involved in both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on other related areas and organization.

• Support the completion of milestones under the EUC Transformation Program with the design and design and implementation of an end-to-end framework over the EUC Lifecycle execution.
• Co-ordination with relevant milestone owner to ensure timely completion of deliverables and interactions with various stakeholders to ensure an appropriate engagement framework is in place meet Consent Order requirements and support closing of transformation milestones.

Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Working with internal and external partners in loan servicing, credit risk, Borrowers, and the servicer to process borrower requests (ex: lease reviews, Borrower restructures, property management changes, etc).
• Must have the ability to comprehend and interpret the credit memo and underwriting analysis to appropriately communicate issues to all pertinent parties and ensure all closing conditions are satisfied prior to closing.
• Requires knowledge and understanding of CCC’s various lending programs to make judgment calls and decisions throughout the closing process to ensure a successful closing.
• Review deal summary and legal documents to ensure the risk profile and deal structure are captured across all systems to allow for accurate financial and business reporting.
• Review title and survey comments prepared by counsel and follow up if required.
• Prepare closing settlement statement, review closing costs, coordinate with Operations to set up funding, and complete delivery package for post-closing servicing.
• Address borrower inquiries and have proper judgment experience to know when issues should be elevated.
• Assist with the creation of processes, standards, procedures, controls, training, and implementation of transaction management.
• Aid in the design and implementation of technology including testing and rollout.
• Ensure that quality of data, controls and processes performed meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations.
• Work with lines of business, transaction management, and loan operations to define and implement operational metrics and risk and control reviews to ensure all stakeholders have end to end transparency.
• Participate in projects to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Take part in loan remediation and loan system testing / migrations.
• Actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline of loan transactions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Individual must have excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Individual must work well under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and complete assigned tasks with minimal management follow up. 
• Candidate has quantitative skills with a high proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft based programs.
• Tableau or visualization tool familiarity
• Experience with Loan IQ, transaction capture tools, etc.
• Keen attention to detail
• Developed analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Client relationship and solution skills

Additional non-core qualifications which will be considered are:

• Experience within a large global team supporting wholesale lending at large financial Institution

The HR Summer Analyst program begins in June with a training program, providing Summer Analysts with an overview of Citi, a technology training session, and an introduction to Citi’s HR organization.  The Summer Program will provide Summer Analysts with Senior and Junior Mentors, networking opportunities and Senior Speaker Events where Citi’s senior HR leaders host discussions and answer questions about their careers and the HR functions.

The Summer Analysts will receive real-world work, and will be expected to add value to their teams during the 10 weeks.  In addition to their daily work, the Summer Analysts will also have the opportunity to network with other Citi interns, current program participants and alumni, and other HR professionals.  The program concludes with the Summer Analysts presenting their accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior HR Management team.
