Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the build and development team to support loan origination and lifecycle management which includes large complex syndicated and bilateral loans covering but not limited to corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending and trade.

Within O&T, the US Personal Banking (USPB) and Wealth Operations organization provides global operational support to deliver a seamless client experience across service channels. The Enterprise Excellence team is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) that designs solutions to enhance transparency; empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes; and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The Role:

The Senior Cybersecurity Biometrics Engineer (Level 3) is a senior level position that will be responsible for performing Level 3 operations work in the Authentication Services space on the enterprise platform, which is supported by 24x7 * 365 days across the globe.

This role will require development knowledge to work most effectively with application developers in troubleshooting issues related to application code, but there will not be direct coding to be done. Responsibilities:

• This role will manage preparing and reviewing loan documentation while providing support to a variety of tasks related to the loan process.
• Activities will include independently processing and closing loans within a complex loan operations environment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
• Involves in providing day-to-day loan transactional processing which may include booking cash transactions and making payments, performing loan reconciliations, input of general ledger entries and (complex) calculations
• Possible interaction with other counterparties around positions and outstanding balances/claims

• Follows established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing activities that require investigation or research.

• Minimizes risk to the bank through increased knowledge of procedural requirements - understands and monitors errors to suggest solutions to reduce errors, and to adhere to audit and control policies. Often related, but not limited to loan documentation processes.

The Universal Banker is responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers in coordination with the Branch team. The overall objective is to effectively execute all service transactions (e.g. deposits, payments, address changes, replacement card orders, disputes, etc.) and sales (including opening accounts, credit cards, etc.) referral routines to deepen client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Exhibits strong sales and service skills, presenting products and services while proactively educating clients on utilizing available access channels  (ex: ATM, Online, Mobile, etc.)
• Act as a subject matter expert for the branch and remain flexible in position based on branch coverage needs.
• Continuously learns new and existing products through sales aids (features, benefits, fees, etc.) demonstrating positive, can-do attitude and customer first culture.
• Provide exceptional service delivery to our internal and external customers to resolve account service issues and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.

Responsibilities:

·       Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements

Qualifications:

·       6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role

·       Experience with traditional and advanced machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as Logistic Regression, Gradient Boosting, Random Forests, etc.

·       Able to develop and maintain API interfaces with Third party data vendors, experience in Pivotal Cloud foundry (PCF), OpenShift, BlueData, Kafka, Docker tools, AWS, AppDynamics, CI/CD processes etc. would be an added advantage
