The Technology Transformation Program Analyst will provide analytical support and oversight of technology plans for the Compliance and Finance Program Groups (PGs). The Program Analyst must have strong critical thinking and analytical skills, experience working on large-scale efforts, and the ability to work well with other functions/lines of businesses.
The book of work is a rapidly changing mix of process innovation, regulatory compliance, customer product creation, financial control, and business reengineering engagements. This role requires exemplary communication, influencing and analytical skills.
The role will be part of the Transformation Execution Team, which is within the COO Transformation organization.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential areas of risks for technology-related efforts and suggest mitigation strategies. This requires the ability to categorize, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources.
- Support the planning and coordination of day-to-day program activities, leverage tools and capabilities developed by the Transformation Program (TP).
- Identify and help resolve discrepancies between technology, and Compliance and Finance PGs assessment across book of work that affect technology delivery.
- Compile reporting requests from various user groups to drive the necessary reporting & analytics needed to execute / monitor the program.
- Partner with CAO Transformation and the O&T Transformation Office to create dashboards and on demand reports.
- Leverage reporting and analytic tools to perform deep dive analysis of Transformation Plans.
- Use analytical thought processes to resolve issues by providing expertise via reporting analytics, allowing decision making.
- Provide guidance, oversight, and support to the Compliance and Finance Program Groups for adherence to Consent Order process and procedures.
- Support O&T’s efforts to ensure technology sectors consistently identify, tag, and create dependencies between their books of work and the Compliance and Finance PGs.
- Leverage data analytics to identify meaningful insights and efficiency opportunities for process improvement.
- Partner across the related teams to prioritize delivery of key projects.
- Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in global financial institutions.
- 3+ years of database query development or reporting / BI / analytics tools experience.
- 3+ years of Project Management experience.
- Advanced technical proficiency in MS Office Suite of tools; experience with JIRA, Confluence, MicroStrategy, Tableau, Project Tracking System (PTS) or equivalent Program Management tool.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.
- Candidate must be analytical, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Experience in complete software development life cycle (SDLC - development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting).
- Technically competent, well organized, proactive and be comfortable discussing issues with business and technical users at all levels.
