The Relationship Manager will be reporting into the Digital, Tech & Comms (DT&C) segment within Citi's Commercial Bank and will be focused on banking privately held emerging-growth software companies that are VC-backed Series A or later-stage US-headquartered companies with revenues between $10 million and $100 million.

Growth in this segment is based on a prudent and organized approach to client selection and capital allocation to ensure we are developing strong relationships with clients who seek Citi’s unique value proposition based on our global platform and sophisticated product set, including the investment banking services offered through the bank’s Institutional Clients Group (ICG). For the day-to-day banking, the vast majority of DT&C clients use CitiDirect, Citibank's web-based global banking platform that supports a full range of transaction and reporting capabilities in a secure environment.
 

Success requires a skill set and experience that allows the bank to offer customers and prospects more complex products and customized transaction structures. Our Relationship Managers are responsible for evaluating and meeting clients’ needs by efficiently utilizing the bank’s resources across the globe. They work closely with partners in Cash Management, FX trading and Credit Risk to conduct in-depth analysis and customize solutions. They are held accountable for maintaining and growing relationships successfully over time.

Responsibilities:

• Calls on C-suite executives to deepen relationships and proactively owns, responds to, uncovers and anticipates future needs, roadblocks or risks and expectations
• Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effective portfolio;
• Works with product specialists and subject matter experts to structure innovative and customized solutions that meet clients’ individual needs
• Works closely with Case Manager on the on-boarding and retention of clients, ensuring the appropriate “Know Your Client” (KYC) and other compliance deliverables are met;
• Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet;

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relationship management experience with technology clients who have venture capital backing. Experience working with multi-national corporates is a plus.
• Sound knowledge of banking and investment products as well as a track record of providing sound banking, financial advice, and solutions to growth stage clients in the Tech and Digital space.
• Demonstrates sound credit skills by being able to structure more complex deals, which can include MRR and acquisition financing.

The Technology Transformation Program Analyst will provide analytical support and oversight of technology plans for the Compliance and Finance Program Groups (PGs). We are looking for an experienced, energetic leader who will be responsible for oversight of risk process execution/ technology initiatives for Wealth risk management.

The Wealth Risk Process and Technology Oversight Director role is critical to wealth strong risk management and  reports to Managing Director of Risk Process Digitization and Technology Execution, in USPB Risk CAO organization. 

The Wealth business is anticipating unprecedented business growth on a global scale amongst ultra-high net worth clients in the next decade and plans to develop new products and services to clients. What you’ll do

The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) group is looking for a full-time SVP to join its Wholesale Lending Credit Risk (WLCR) data management and remediation team.

• Track & manage the multi-year and multi million investment for Martech Book of Work
• Ensure the proper control and operational models are designed, socialized and adopted upon migration to new capabilities and establish automated reporting and analytics to deliver robust insights on transformation KPIs
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience with leading digital transformation & integration Martech projects including Adobe AEM, Offer management tools, Pega, Salesforce marketing cloud, etc.
• 8-10+ years of managerial experience with high performing Marketing Technology solution teams
• Experience with marketing technology architecture, backend systems, data dependencies, and front-end interfaces that are required to implement and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Analytical and conceptual thinker with ability to operate in “white space” with experience in both building strategy and executing it with demonstrable results and outcomes
• Customer-centric and tech-savvy product leader that has driven technical and operational teams to solutions that focus on delivering outstanding experiences supported by agile and efficient operational processes.
• Executive leadership skills and demonstrated success in conveying complex concepts, solutions, and relevant business impacts to leadership audiences to gain support and sponsorship for projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships with the ability to influence the development and execution of key strategies/initiatives
• Expert knowledge of the industry and direct competitors' products/services to drive to the commercial objectives of the business, as well as thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the business
• Act as a change management champion, educating the greater marketing organization on how to leverage new capabilities to drive their strategy.

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
