COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SALES MANAGER JOB

Borehamwood

50k basic - 70k OTE + CAR + BENEFITS

YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Manager for their client’s main car dealership close to Borehamwood.

A motor trade Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating sales staff.

You will be tasked with promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles.

Typical Sales Manager duties will include:

Organising schedules,
Training
Interviewing hiring staff
Setting goals
This role involves the constant managing and mentoring of a sales team where assistance to car selling is one of the main priorities. Customer care is also high on the priority list.

Some motor trade sales managers sell cars themselves, but most are focused on creating the strategies, budgets, and promotions that empower their teams to sell cars.

You will need to have:

Previous experience in the motor trade as a Sales Manager or have a strong sales background as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager wanting to take the next step!
Full UK Driving License
The hours for this Sales Manager role will be Monday to Friday 8.30 – 6.00 with a day off. Saturday 8.30 – 5.30.
