Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role :

• Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
• Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
• Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle Diagnostics.
• Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician are the face of the business so its important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)

We require an experienced Traffic Marshall for a site in Portsmouth, Hampshire. You will be responsible for coordinating plant operators, site traffic and ensuring that all movement of people and plant is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard. • This role requires you to have a Full Driving License.
• You must have a 'can do' attitude and be able to work long shifts where required on large counts.

• Any experience of handling stock is an advantage but not a necessity.

What you'll be doing;

• Driving to planned collection locations and moving / emptying multiple commercial waste containers.
  
• Ensuring all information is input into the onboard system and all paperwork is kept up to date and submitted daily
  
• Completing daily checks of the vehicle as per our driver operator handbook
  
• Complying with all traffic laws and legislation including and weight of loads
  

What we're looking for;

• Class 2 (Cat C) licence
  
• Up to date CPC
  
• Digi / Tachograph card
  
• Class 1 licence is not essential but would be advantageous
