Job Description

• Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining personal files and records, preparing monthly payroll, tracking service confirmations, staff medical claims, contract expirations, etc.
• Maintain compliance with all government HR operational documents, e.g., Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc.
• Handle other administrative and support tasks (e.g., leading team meetings, creating memos, managing office general insurance, renewing licenses, and other related duties).
• Compute staff costs, attendance, performance indicators, and conduct data analysis.
• Handle any ad hoc tasks given by the superior, such as travel arrangements, training, etc.

We are a company specializing in the installation of automatic doors and rapid doors, and are now looking for a talent with a GDL driver's license to join our team!

Work content:

• Drive a company van to take workers out to install automatic doors, rapid doors and service.
• Occasionally assist workers with installation work
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• If there are no work arrangements for the day, you can leave work early.
• Salary: Trial period (1 month): RM 2500. Full- time position: RM 3000

Requirements:

• Have a GDL driver's license.
• CIDB Green Card (It’s okay if you don’t have it, it’s better if you have it)
• Able to communicate in Chinese, English and Malay would be better.

In this role you will:

• Secure functionality of the logistics automation systems on a day-to-day basis. Responsible for the mechanical/electrical performance and troubleshooting of the automated equipment’s in the unit.
• Coordinate work of suppliers and supervise the assigned maintenance activities, repair, shut downs etc.
• Provides support during the introduction of new equipment and modifications of existing ones from the development of specifications, cooperations with suppliers and final installation.
• Acting as a key escalation point and being the focal point for automation related topics.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, planned repairs,  reactive repairs, and recovery process of the automated equipment.
• Develop and ensure the local operations team is trained with user basic knowledge.
• Diagnose mechanical and/or electrical potential problems and propose corrective actions.
• Creates reports relevant to activity as agreed in the unit.
• Drive and lead improvement projects.
• Responsible for spare part management and stock.
• Contributes at projects and initiatives connected to improving the unit operational performance.

Assignments

• Perform daily monitoring, preventive and/or corrective maintenance works on equipment and building installations.
• Coordinate work of suppliers and supervise the assigned maintenance activities, repair, shut downs and overhaul works.
• Support operation of the unit by ensuring minimum response time to breakdowns and securing equipment utilization (EQU) goals.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safety practices in warehouse operations and maintenance supporting areas.
• Responsible to ensure all activities assigned are done according with the schedule set in the Maintenance Plan.
• Contributes to identification of suppliers and procurement of parts required for maintenance works.
• Keep track and ensure inventory control for maintenance spare parts and tools.
• Provide feedback and give suggestions to improve equipment performance and availability.
• Respond to emergency calls for any troubleshooting required at site.
• Produce weekly and/or monthly technical reports on maintenance activities.
