Leidos is now taking the next step to expand its footprint in the Asia Pacific region. Establishing the Leidos Air Traffic Management (ATM) Research and Collaboration Centre in Singapore enables Leidos to collaborate with regional research institutes and partners to explore and develop new concepts to optimize air traffic management and enhance safety.

To excel in this position, Leidos is searching for an applicant that possesses knowledge in the following:
· Develop and deliver customized proofs of concept to address specific customer challenges
· Collaborate with the product Architects and customers to identify customer needs and technical requirements
· Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations of Leidos product capabilities and solutions.
· Provide technical support and guidance to Software and Integration teams
· Assist in creating and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs).
· Train and mentor staff on technical aspects of products and solutions
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical environments
Air Traffic Management / aviation related domain experience In addition, the following skills will be invaluable:
· A self-starter problem solver – creating new and innovative approaches to solving complex problems our customers face in the air traffic domain
· Effective communicator – you will be communicating with customers and colleagues, Expressing thoughts, ideas, and direction in a clear, concise manner is crucial for this role

· Leadership qualities – you will be leading a team of other system and software engineers. Providing clear and effective direction will be key to success
Qualifications:
· Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8+ years of prior relevant experience
· Experience with cloud computing platforms preferred (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
· Singapore citizenship
