Job Responsibilities
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
• Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company's overall targets.
• Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of 30 new cars, with both new and used cars contributing to the goal.
• Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
• Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage the sales department's budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.
Job Requirements:
• More than 10 years in the relevant field is required
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
• Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred
